2005-05-29 Server successfully moved. Our IP address has changed.

2005-05-28 We are upgrading servers saturday morning. We are also changing datacentres so it may take up to 24 hours for DNS changes to propagate. You may not be able to access our website until your ISP's nameservers are updated.

2005-05-19 We have been receiving a spike in phone calls. Please use our online support system if you are having problems.

2005-05-09 We will be giving beta access to our new PHP version at the end of this week.

2005-05-04 PHP version's client area is now complete. The admin area is still being developed. Expect the release date to be the end of May.

2005-03-09 We have released a new website design today. We have also released a new version of our Perl software. We may experience several problems the next few days as we transition.

2005-03-08 We are releasing a new version of our Perl software. Our PHP software is evolving almost into a completely different software application. We will be giving all clientpromotion members a free license once it is released. We are going to continue to develope our Perl version on this site.

2004-09-30 Our email server was down for maintenance. Please resend any urgent messages to ensure we receive them.

2004-09-29 Server is back up now. We experienced off and on outages the last several days.

2004-08-30 We have been experiencing problems with our voice over ip phone provider. Our message box has been dropping messages for the last month. We have been assured the issue is resolved.

2004-08-23 Large search engine update in the works.

2004-07-25 We are experiencing email support delays due to an overwhelming spike in email activity. Please if you have any knowledge about installing perl scripts then please try to perform the new version's install if possible. Thank you for your patience.

2004-07-11 If you are having a problem with greyed out submission check boxes. Update your software from the admin area. Then go into all your client group settings and make sure each setting is not empty (0 is not empty).

2004-06-30 New version released. Please submit an install request from the support area. Please DO NOT use the admin area upgrade method and turn off all automated upgrading features. We will be posting the new version for automated install tonight. Let us remind you again automated install will not work with older version so a clean install is required.

2004-06-30 Update now available using the automated web-based setup.

2004-06-24 Testing wrapping up. Update to be released later on today.

2004-05-23 Substantial update nearly complete. Total data structure has been revamped. Client area is now session based for increased security. Client permission group structure will allow you to give different access to different groups of clients.

2004-05-10 Keyword Generator update released. Please restore the default keyword generator templates and re-edit them after running the update from the administration area.

The following templates will have to be restored from the admin area and re-edited: Main Template (templates/Main.tpf) - Images have been added for the new tools. Pay Par Click Tracker Main Template(templates/Pay_Per_Click_Tracker/Main.tpf) - Totally reworked to be used as an integration tool. 2004-03-19 Version 3.0 has been released. Please wait to update until you have received our updating instructions via email.

2004-03-16 We will be releasing version 3.0 to everyone on 3 21. We will be sending out an email with upgrade instructions in order to not cause any confusion.

2004-03-08 Version 3.0 has verified as stable throughout our extensive testing. We are building in indexes and optimizations to help the MySQL queries to run much quicker in high load circumstances.

2004-02-17 We are testing version 3.0. Please inform your clients using the pay per click tracker to change their PPC urls back to their site urls. Version 3.0 doesn't require the client to direct their PPC listings to your clients.cgi.

2004-02-02 Version 3.0 is nearly complete and will be released on 2 15. New Integration tools will allow the system to communicate with your customer's websites.

2004-01-07 Integration Tools nearly complete. We will be releasing a tool update a few days before the new integration tools are released.

2003-12-11 Small fix released for addclient.cgi. Functionized many system functions for upcoming tool development.

2003-12-02 URGENT....we had a problem with the update process on our end. If you are receiving an internal server error please download the current startup.cgi from our support area. Upload this file to your cps directory and then delete admin.cgi. Run startup.cgi again and the system will be re-installed. Remember to backup your images and templates via ftp.

2003-11-27 We are still working on transfering the new engine DB. This is very time consuming and tedious work.

2003-11-17 We are now loading our new submission search engine database. Please do not update your engines until we broadcast another message.

2003-11-15 We have tested version 2.7 with several clients and the updates went smooth. We are going to have to post updating instructions tomorrow as you will have to restore several templates due to tag changes. We are going to send out an email to all our clients outlining this.

2003-11-13 We will be releasing version 2.7 tonight. Please do not update your engines after this release as we will be deleting all the current engines in our database and adding our new engines to the system. This should take approximately 2 days. This is being done to accommodate changes made in this new version. Your current engine files will still work however. This new version has many fixes and upgrades. Too many to list. We will post another NEWS announcement as soon as our source is released.

2003-11-06 Development continues...

2003-10-22 We are holding off this update as we are adding more features on a daily basis. We have fixed the popularity checker engines and have overhauled the link checker code. The biggest changes have been made in the way submission search engines are organized and maintained.

2003-10-13 We apologise for the delay in the next update. Our payment processor problem tripped things up for a few days. We now have everything straightened out to release an update on thursday.

2003-10-09 We have changed payment processors to 2checkout.com.

2003-10-05 We will be releasing an update this week.

2003-09-28 We have nearly completed a major upgrade to the Search Engine adding process. The system will now automatically generate submission strings by simply supplying the address of the engine's add url page.

2003-09-21 Fixed a small problem in the addclient.cgi file. We are working hard on a total search engine cleaning.

2003-09-09 Module update released. Please update your software. The Link Checker has been revamped. Once you have performed the update we recommend you restore the default Link Checker templates and then re-integrate the new documents.

2003-09-04 We are just finishing up a module update. We will be announcing the update shortly.

2003-08-26 We will be releasing a module update at the end of this week that includes several fixes and improvements for a few of the client modules.

2003-08-20 Version 2.6 Released! Update your software.

2003-08-12 Please update your software. We have released a new startup file which must be on your system to handle a few changes we will be releasing in the next week.

2003-08-04 Fixed minor website analyzer module problem. Keyword length was not being calculated properly.

2003-07-26 We have released a small update. You will have to re-integrate your payment processor as we have changed the addclient.cgi file. Please delete the settings/ppi.txt file before updating your software. Once the update is complete you will have to re-integrate your payment processor by calling the addclient.cgi script from your browser.

2003-07-20 We are working hard on a new addclient.cgi file that walks you through every step of payment processor integration. We will be releasing this update on thursday.

2003-07-18 Ranking engine update released. No need to do anything as your cron jobs update the ranking engine file automatically every night.

2003-07-14 We added two different match ranking options to the Search Engine Ranking tool. Simply update your software and restore the ranking report template to see our new document.

2003-07-12 You can now automatically upgrade your software package from our support area.

2003-07-08 Update released. You must overwrite your old metatag and website analyzer templates. Ranker update wil be released in the next few days as well.

2003-06-30 Substantial Website Analyzer and Metatags upgrade will be released this sunday.

2003-06-09 We just released an update that will be the foundation of our software for the next few months. We are now strictly focusing on upgrading the tools in the client area. We will be releasing a huge user manual update in the next 2 days that we have been working on for some time.

2003-04-17 We have started to develope a very substantial update for the Search Engine Ranking tool. We will be releasing a rank tracking feature that will rank your website every night based on keywords you specify. These results will then be analyzed over time.

2003-04-15 Ranking system revamped. A single engine file has replaced the template based system in favour of more accurate ranking results.

2003-04-13 We are rewriting our engine ranking code. We have decided to hard code query engines from now on to ensure more stable results. We will be releaseing a full engine ranking update this week.

2003-04-05 Maintenance.cgi updated. Search Engine updates now automatically retrieved every night.

2003-03-27 NEW DEDICATED MACHINE IS ONLINE. Sorry for any problems you 5 have had with our website the last few hours. DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours depending on how often your isp refreshes their DNS server.

2003-03-26 We are moving to a new dedicated server. We 5 experience a few hours of downtime.

2003-03-21 Version 2.0 released. You will have to overwrite your current templates so please backup your templates before the automated installation. We will be doing some major engine updateing in the next week to come.
