License Agreement
By ordering any Webmaster-Tools.com Product and or service you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the following conditions. Failing to comply to these conditions will result in a breach of contract and immediate account termination.

1. Any software that is downloaded from our server is protected by international copywrite law. Any attempt to copy, decrypt, modify or redistribute our code will be met with immediate license cancellation without refund. Legal action may be taken in certain circumstances.



2. Our software is a commercial application and is supplied to you in a scrambled format to prevent tampering or modifications. Any attempt to unscramble this code will result in a breach of contract.



3. Our licensing scheme grants you 30 days of use and re-validates every month when you are successfully billed. You may choose to cancel your membership in order to stop future payments but any past payments are final and non-refundable.



4. IN NO EVENT SHALL WEBMASTER-TOOLS.COM INC. AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT , NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF SOFTWARE, DOCUMENTS, PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR INFORMATION AVAILABLE FROM THIS SERVER.



5. ALL SALES ARE FINAL 30 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE CONDITIONS AT ANYTIME.
